Our workflow is generally horrible
Henry Ford did not build a better car. In fact, the Model T came with tools for when it broke. He built a better way to make a car.
We need to do that with our industry.
We need to engineer tools that make publishing every type of content simple. We need to devise workflows that are straightforward, linear and logical. (gasp!) We also need processes that put our digital platforms, not our legacy products, first.
This is not complicated. In fact, what’s needed is simplification. Some suggestions. And some commiserations for what all we have endured.
